Produce Mailing labels for
Dealers. Note the Find Button, this
limits the display and items selected for exports and labels.

Collect Dealer Demographic date

Identify Dealer as a Vendor for
combining dealer checks where dealers have multiple rented spaces

Performance:

·
The performance tab on the Dealer
form displays a graphic comparing the current year monthly sales for the dealer
to the average Mall dealer’s sales for the same period.

Note the Legend:
o
Dealer - Year being compared (06),
followed by the type of comparison ($), followed by the Dealer (01).
o
Average- Year being compared (06),
followed by the type of comparison ($), followed by the Average for all dealers
for this period (AVG).
·
Note that the Performance screen
requires MS Excel to be installed.

Email:

·
This function allows you to define
and reuse email text with subject line, Select Dealers based on criteria (such
as zip code) or select all dealers, and mass email to those dealers selected by
simply clicking the Email Button. The
email can also have an attachment per your definition.

This feature also enables emailing
end of period statements to dealers and End of Day activity reports.
·
Note: The workstation being used for mass emailing must have Internet
access, and must have MS Outlook Express installed.
Dealer
Activity:

·
The Dealer Activity screen allows
you to look at and/or Print Dealer activity over a period of time.
·
Note the item that has no date and
no dollar amount - This indicates an invoice that has sales activity, but no
payment was recorded.
·
Note the Find button - This is
used frequently to locate items by description or other criteria.
·
Note the Export button - This
allows you to print a quick report of what you see in the browse window, or
export the data in the browse window to either Excel or to a "Comma
Separated Values" File
